Poker Face Smoked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 3 tbsp Wild Origins Poker Face rub
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
  2. Generously rub the ribs with Poker Face rub on both sides. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill for indirect heat (250°F). Place a water pan under the grates.
  4. Smoke the ribs for 2 hours, spritzing with apple cider vinegar every 30 minutes.
  5. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook for another 30 minutes until caramelized.

Serving Suggestion:Pair with grilled corn and coleslaw.
