For Food Products:
Due to food safety standards, refunds or exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once opened, spices are yours to keep.
The Simple Process:
1. Snap a photo of the issue (damaged jar, incorrect spice, etc.).
2. Email us at hello@tastewildorigins.com with your order number and a short
description.
3. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours.
What Happens Next?
Refunds: Approved claims will be refunded to your original payment method
within 7 business days.
Replacements: We’ll ship corrected items ASAP.
Final Sale Items:
Clearance spices are a no-go for returns or refunds, so choose wisely.
