Rustic Blaze Herb-Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 3 tbsp Wild Origins Rustic Blaze rub
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional glaze)

Instructions:

  1. Rub pork chops with olive oil and coat generously with Rustic Blaze rub. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill pork chops for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. For a sweet twist, brush with honey during the final 2 minutes of grilling.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
